Latest Developments:
Sep 2005 Website & database up and running again. Change of webhost and everything.
Jun 2005 I have had contact from Spain, in regards to the name relation Sundheim in Spain. It turns out that there is traces of a Sundheim who settled there and became an important citizen. During this research there is also traces of a Sundheim in Colombia, who worked with tobacco.
Oct 2003  Made contact with Mark Ashley, descendant of Amund Olsen Sundem, b.1826. This new addition gave many new names to the tree! It shows that it is useful to have a website, so please leave a message or send a mail if you think you are related! 
Aug 2002 Made contact with "missing descendant" Jon Erik Hovrud, Great-grandson of Anne Sundem Hovrud, b. 1840. We'll see what comes out of this!
July 2001 Made contact with "new" descendants after Ole Sundheim Toppol, son of Erik Iversen Sundheim b. 1828. More than 50 new additions to the database, and some of them live these days in Spokane/WA, Voss/Norway and Toten/Gjøvik/Norway.
July 2001 Visited Valdres in Norway for 3 days. Visited relatives and had a good look around. Took tons of photos!
